THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What methods of payment to you accept?
    We accept all major Credit Cards. Alternatively, we also accept payment through Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • What should I do if my CC or payment method is not accepted?
    Please wait a bit and try again. We will send you a notification if you have abandoned the cart and you can try again then. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance and check with your banking institution to verify everything is ok before attempting to process payment again.
  • How can I pay?
    You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
  • What do I do if I can't login to my account?
    You can ask to reset your password through the online portal by simply clicking on Forgot Password? You will receive notification to reset your password. Once complete you are on your way to retrieving your account details. Please be sure to write down or save your password somewhere you will remember it for the next time you are shopping in our store.
  • How do I create an Account?
    You can create an account either by choosing the Sign-in/Sign-up button on the top right hand corner of our home page or at time of check out. You will be asked to input some details that are required in order to process your order. Don't worry we keep all of your information private and secure.
  • I see you have a lot of great products in your store, but how do I know it's quality product?
    We source our products from reputable companies to ensure that we can give you the best purchasing experience. Here at lifetrendz we believe our team has done their due diligence to ensure we source from quality suppliers. We stand behind what we sell so, if you have an issue with the products you have purchased just write to us and let us know. We will do our best to rectify any problems you may have with your purchase.
  • Do you offer Refunds & Exchanges in your store?
    Yes, We understand how hard you work for your money and you want a quality product when you purchase from us. There are a few limitations on our returns such as Intimates and unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any intimates whether the package has been opened or not.
  • Can I track my order?
    We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. From there you can follow the trip until the products get to you. Because we source our products from different regions there may be multiple orders to track depending on where it is shipping from and which method our great vendors use to get the product to you.
  • Changing the shipping address?
    You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    Because we source from all over the world, shipping times will vary. For example if you order one of our beautiful purses Made in Italy, it may take 15-20 days to get it. Order from our Quality Pots and Pans and you should receive it within 3-4 days. Either way we track your shipment and keep you updated onto where it is so that you know when to expect it. Our vendor partners generally take 1-3 days to process your order.
  • What are your shipping costs?
    We know that shipping can be expensive and we try our best to keep the costs controllable. We have a flat fee shipping rate of $14.99 but we will waive that fee if you spend $100 or more before taxes. This is a service we like to offer so that we can bring down those charges to help out our customers and at the same time give them some additional great products to add to the basket.
